Please read these terms carefully before using the ek99 platform — they govern your account, bonuses, payments, and overall gaming experience.
This document is a legal agreement between the ek99 platform ("Platform") and its users ("you" or "member"). By opening an account on ek99 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all the rules, conditions, and policies described below.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility
To open an account on ek99, you must be 21 years of age or older. ek99 may request identity documents or other relevant paperwork at any time to verify age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
Providing accurate and complete information at registration is mandatory. ek99 reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided. If you need to update your information, contact our support team.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on ek99:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank)
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Withdrawals for verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. In cases requiring additional review, processing may take longer and the support team will notify you accordingly.
3.4 Withdrawal Verification
Before processing a withdrawal request, ek99 may request documents to verify your identity. This is necessary for security and fraud prevention.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at ek99 you will receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 total wagering required before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus is applicable once only and is non-transferable.
- Bonuses may only be used to place bets on designated games.
- ek99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus on suspicion of fraud or bonus abuse.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is received — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
5 VIP Program & Rewards
ek99 offers three VIP tiers for regular players:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
Advancement to higher tiers is available based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.
6 Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account closure:
- Operating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
- Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Threatening, harassing, or insulting other players or staff.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
- Assisting a minor in using the platform.
In cases of prohibited activity, all associated funds may be forfeited and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 General Betting Terms
All bets placed on ek99 are considered final. ek99 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
7.2 Game Results
All game results are determined impartially and automatically. SSL encryption and verified game provider technology are used to ensure fair play in casino games.
7.3 Sports Betting
When placing bets on cricket or other sports, the defined markets and rules must be followed. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
8 Liability & Limitations
ek99 is an entertainment platform. ek99 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and ek99 does not guarantee compensation for service interruptions caused by technical reasons.
ek99's direct liability is limited with respect to the activities of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. All applicable withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by ek99
ek99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other reasonable cause. The member concerned will be notified wherever possible.

14 Service Changes & Discontinuation
ek99 may add, modify, or discontinue any game, market, or service at any time. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical upgrades. Advance notice will be given wherever possible.
15 Applicable Law
The interpretation and application of these terms will follow relevant legal principles. Both parties are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and amicable manner.
